“Ice Age” toys from 80s/90s with aliens and robotic dinosaurs?

I recall friends bringing these to school in probably the late ’80s. There were dinosaurs that were either robotic or just armored and armed, and there were tiny “alien” figures who were the pilots/riders, who could fit inside/on top. Does any of this ring a bell? Was the toy line called “Ice Age”?
